Singapore’s Terra Invest invests in Abu Dhabi AI company AIREV. The strategic funding supports expansion of the OnDemand sovereign agentic AI platform and joint initiatives with portfolio companies Kairos Wealth and Shookra in financial services and healthcare.
Terra Invest has participated in a strategic funding round for the Abu Dhabi AI company AIREV. The Singapore-based investment firm joined the round, which was announced on 4 November 2026. The capital will support AIREV’s expansion plans and the development of sovereign AI solutions, while opening avenues for investment and technology collaboration between the UAE and Singapore. Alongside the investment, AIREV and Terra Invest will launch joint initiatives with Terra Invest’s portfolio companies Kairos Wealth and Shookra. These will deploy AIREV’s agentic AI capabilities in financial services and healthcare. AIREV will integrate its capabilities into Kairos Wealth across intelligent trading, portfolio management, financial advisory, and compliance and RegTech. The focus is on digital sovereignty, data protection and regulatory compliance. Muhammad Khalid, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of AIREV, said the company built OnDemand as a sovereign agentic AI operating system that runs from an on-premises appliance to a national data center. Capital markets and healthcare are areas where that discipline matters most. Terra Invest’s investment allows the work to proceed from Abu Dhabi at scale. Krishan Rattan of Terra Invest said the firm invests where capital, policy and technology converge, and few places demonstrate that as clearly as Abu Dhabi. He noted that AIREV combines a platform of real scale with a deep shareholder base and partner network, and that the deal provides a sovereign-grade route into the UAE’s capital-markets agenda and a path into healthcare. Thani Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of Foreign Trade and Chairman of AIREV, said the investment reflects growing confidence of international investors in the UAE’s economic and investment landscape and its position as a hub for advanced technologies. AIREV develops OnDemand, a no-code and low-code sovereign agentic AI operating system. It serves more than four million users through over 300 specialized agents in more than 50 languages. In the second quarter of 2026 the platform processed 6.8 trillion tokens. The company was founded in Abu Dhabi in September 2023 and is structured through an Abu Dhabi Global Market holding company. No financial terms of the round were disclosed. The investment is described as AIREV’s third significant foreign investment. Previous backers have included Core42 and others. For enterprises and institutions in the UAE and wider region the practical change is that a Singapore investor has taken a stake in a local agentic AI platform and linked it to portfolio companies already operating in wealth and healthcare. The value of that change depends on whether the joint initiatives produce deployed applications, whether OnDemand gains further users or token volume in those verticals, and whether later disclosures show measurable outcomes in regulated sectors. If the next update from AIREV or Terra Invest names a live deployment with Kairos Wealth or Shookra, quantifies additional token volume, or discloses the size of the round, the investment has a measurable next step. If the following statement only restates the participation and the 4 November announcement, the change for the market remains the same as the release. The figures missing from the current disclosure are the amount invested, the investor’s stake, the post-money valuation, and independent verification of user or token metrics beyond the company’s figures. The participation is one capital and partnership step for expanding a UAE-built sovereign agentic AI platform; the depth of that expansion will be clear only from later operational data.
