Journify raises a $12M Series A at four times its previous valuation. Al Mada Ventures led the round with Silicon Badia co-leading, as the ad signal infrastructure company plans expansion into the US and Europe while serving more than 100 businesses across the GCC.

Journify has raised a $12 million Series A at four times its previous valuation. The ad signal infrastructure company announced the round on 3 November 2026. Al Mada Ventures led the investment, with returning investor Silicon Badia co-leading. Shorooq and Bunat Ventures increased their stakes, while Du Ventures and Oraseya Capital joined as new investors. The capital will fund expansion into the United States and Europe and further development of the artificial intelligence behind the platform. Journify builds infrastructure that sends the purchases, sign-ups and in-store sales a brand’s customers actually make to advertising platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap and Amazon Ads. It connects data across web, mobile, offline sales, CRM, ecommerce platforms, backend systems and data warehouses, then validates and enriches conversion events before activating consented signals server-side. More than 100 businesses currently use the service, representing hundreds of millions of dollars in annual ad spend. Customers include Saudi retailer Jarir Bookstore, which reported a 182 percent increase in return on ad spend on Meta after connecting purchase records, and Saudi ecommerce brand Baytonia, which grew return on ad spend on TikTok by 80 percent while cutting cost per purchase by 44 percent. Since Silicon Badia’s initial investment, Journify’s revenues have grown more than fivefold and its valuation more than fourfold. Hossam Shafick, Partner at Silicon Badia, said the performance validated the technology and the team’s ability to execute. Omar Laalej of Al Mada Ventures cited the privacy-first foundation that can evolve into intelligence and action. Co-founder and CEO Taoufik El Jamali noted that AI is transforming advertising, but the intelligence is only as good as the signals it receives. The company already uses AI to monitor connections continuously, detect signal-quality issues and fix them, and to answer questions about ad performance through AI Insights. Journify was founded in 2022 by Taoufik El Jamali, Amine Chouki and Omar Al Shoubaki. It is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Dubai and Riyadh. Silicon Badia led a $4 million round announced in February 2025. A later strategic investment from Shorooq, Bunat Ventures and others supported further GCC expansion and doubled the valuation at that time. The new Series A builds on that GCC traction as the company moves into larger advertising markets. US digital advertising revenue reached $294.6 billion in 2025 according to the Interactive Advertising Bureau and PwC. For brands and platforms in the GCC the practical change is that a company which grew its customer base among regional retailers has now raised capital at a higher valuation to enter the US and Europe. The value of that step depends on whether the platform gains customers outside the region, whether the AI features reduce signal-quality issues at scale, and whether later disclosures show revenue or deployment growth beyond the GCC. Other tools also address first-party data and conversion signals for advertising platforms; this is one continuous-monitoring option developed with regional customers including Jarir and Baytonia. If the next update from Journify names US or European customers, quantifies additional signal volume processed, or reports further revenue multiples, the Series A has a measurable next step. If the following statement only restates the $12 million raise and the four-times valuation, the change for the market remains the same as the 3 November announcement. The figures missing from the current disclosure are the exact post-money valuation, the share of revenue still coming from the GCC, and independent verification of the customer outcome percentages beyond the company’s case studies. The round is one capital step for taking GCC-built ad signal infrastructure into larger markets; the depth of that expansion will be clear only from later operational data.
