Overview
About the Role
The Expansion Executive is responsible for managing expansion sales requests from existing customers while driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This role ensures that expansion deals are efficiently processed while maximizing revenue through additional product sales. Since expansion revenue is typically self-driven by customer requests, the executive focuses on enhancing deal value by strategically including upsell and cross-sell products.
Expansion Sales Management:
Handle incoming new branch sales requests from existing customers.
Generate and send quotes promptly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
Track expansion requests and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals efficiently.
Upselling & Cross-Selling Focus:
Identifying new upselling & cross-selling opportunities from existing customers through outbound activities.
Identify and recommend additional products to maximize revenue from expansion deals.
Ensure that every expansion quote includes relevant upsell/cross-sell products before sending to the customer.
Sales Process & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of expansion sales.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their expansion needs and available solutions.
Maintain accurate records of expansion requests in the CRM system.

Requirements
2+ years in sales, account management, or a related field.
Experience in handling sales requests and generating quotes.
Experience working with CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
Strong sales mindset with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus.
Knowledge of Foodics products and their value to different business models is a plus.
