Dubai startup JustAd raises $5M from angel investor Imad Jomaa. The AI marketing platform will use the capital to expand beyond MENA and bring its Advertise Now, Pay Later model to new markets. Customer onboarding is planned for early 2027.

Dubai startup JustAd raises $5M from angel investor Imad Jomaa. The UAE-based company announced the investment in mid-October 2026. JustAd will use the capital to build local sales and customer success teams in new markets, adapt its product locally, deepen partnerships with major advertising platforms, and extend its Advertise Now, Pay Later financing model to advertisers outside the Middle East and North Africa. JustAd is an AI-powered marketing operating system founded in 2025 by Ahmed Elsayed, who serves as founder and chief executive. The platform lets brands and agencies plan, run and measure campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads from a single workspace. It includes AI-driven campaign analysis and recommendations, tracking and attribution tools, product catalogue management and unified reporting. The company has built its initial base working with e-commerce brands, agencies and in-house marketing teams across MENA. A central feature is Advertise Now, Pay Later. The model allows businesses to launch campaigns immediately and settle media spend in instalments of up to 12 months. Clients use certified agency advertising accounts on the four platforms and receive direct technical support. JustAd presents the combination of campaign management, measurement and financing as a single offering aimed at advertisers who need both performance visibility and cash-flow flexibility. Ahmed Elsayed said advertising is changing faster than most businesses can follow, with AI taking a larger role in how campaigns are built and measured and budgets spreading across more platforms. He added that the company built JustAd by identifying gaps early and that the next decade of advertising belongs to platforms that give advertisers intelligence and capital in the same place. Imad Jomaa said JustAd addresses two problems every advertiser has: knowing what works and having the cash to scale it. He described Advertise Now, Pay Later as a model that changes how businesses fund growth and said he is investing because he believes it can work wherever businesses advertise. The company plans to begin onboarding customers in its first new markets in early 2027. It has not named the countries in the first wave. No valuation, equity stake or round stage beyond angel investment was disclosed. The capital is earmarked for local teams, product adaptation, platform partnerships and the financing product rather than for a single product feature. For advertisers the practical change is an additional path that pairs multi-platform campaign tools with instalment financing for media spend. The value of the round depends on whether JustAd later names the first expansion markets, publishes customer numbers or reports repayment performance on the financing product. The current announcement does not include those figures. Other adtech platforms offer unified campaign management across the same networks, and separate financing providers cover marketing spend. JustAd combines both inside one workspace and is taking that combination beyond its MENA base. If the next update from JustAd names the first new markets, customer onboarding dates or performance figures for Advertise Now, Pay Later, the round has a measurable follow-through. If the next statement only restates that expansion is planned for early 2027, the change for the market remains the same as the mid-October announcement. The figures missing from the current disclosure are the identity of the first expansion markets, any valuation or equity terms, and metrics on financing repayment or customer growth. The investment is one step in a UAE adtech company’s effort to carry a combined marketing and financing model into new geographies.
