Perceptors AI says it is live at Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar and RGMBS in Saudi Arabia, with Iraq next for Arabic medical academies. The tutor answers only from approved sources. No learner count was published.

Perceptors AI is live at Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar and at RGMBS in Saudi Arabia, the company says, with further work under way in the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Jordan. Iraq is the next market. The plan is Arabic academies for medical universities there. No contract values, no learner counts and no go-live dates for Iraq were published. The product is a learning system for healthcare courses. Specialist agents draft modules, assessments and translations from a package of sources the institution has approved. Named clinical experts must sign each stage before a learner sees it. The tutor answers only from those sources. A question that falls outside them is declined or sent to faculty, not guessed. Outcomes are meant to be measurable, so an institution can see what was learned and certified. Translation is part of the same loop, which is the piece that matters for an Arabic medical school. Hormonaly.ai , which describes itself as an applied company for modern healthcare, says it launched Perceptors AI with the Geneva College of Longevity Science. A September 2026 release from GCLS described the system as its own, from the GCLS AI Lab, and said more than 100 institutions were already using the infrastructure, with a roadmap that included the Gulf. The company site says the product is live in the UAE with GCLS courses. Two accounts of ownership sit next to each other. Readers should not treat them as one. The capital behind Hormonaly is membership, not a disclosed round. The company says it is in KBW Ventures, the firm of Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed, and in FHS Capital, and that it sits in the Google for Startups Scale AI tier, Claude for Startups, and the NVIDIA Innovation Lab, where it received a grant to scale its agent systems. No amount for that grant was published. No valuation was published. Hormonaly’s other product is clinical software for peptide and hormone practice, with an enterprise API that opened in May 2026. Perceptors is the education surface. The two should not be added into one revenue line. For a medical university in Baghdad or Erbil, the useful test is whether the tutor stays inside the approved pack. An agent that drafts a module can save faculty time. An agent that answers a student from outside the pack can teach the wrong dose. The sign-off rule is the control. It only works if the named expert actually reads the draft, and if the system refuses the rest. That refusal was described. It was not demonstrated with a log. A named reviewer who signs without reading is not a control. Iraq as the next market is a sequence, not a signed campus. Qatar and Saudi Arabia are named as live. The UAE, Oman and Jordan are initiatives. Arabic localisation is the reason a Gulf product can travel to an Iraqi faculty that teaches in Arabic and examines in English. It is not a substitute for a ministry approval or a university contract. Hamad Medical Corporation is a large public system. A deployment there, if it is a full academy and not a pilot, is the strongest claim in the note. The note does not say which. A further limit is the source pack itself. An institution that uploads thin notes will get thin courses, however careful the sign-off. An institution that uploads its own guidelines, and refuses anything else, has a governed academy. Perceptors AI does not publish, in this material, which of the two Hamad and RGMBS are running, or how many modules have cleared a named reviewer. Membership in an NVIDIA lab and a Google programme is a resource. It is not a campus. RGMBS is named and not explained. A reader outside Saudi Arabia cannot tell from the note whether it is a hospital, a college or a training arm. Hamad is clear. The Saudi site should be equally clear before it is counted as a second live deployment of the same kind. If Perceptors AI names the Iraqi universities and shows a course that faculty signed, the next market has started. If the next line is another membership, count campuses live and modules that cleared a named reviewer. The figure missing is learners certified.
