About MyAlice
MyAlice is a conversational commerce company that has traded as Revora since June 2026. Its software lets online merchants handle sales, support and community moderation through AI agents on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email and website chat. Since late 2024 it has concentrated on Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, and Wamda places its headquarters in Saudi Arabia without naming a city.
The business was founded as Alice Labs in November 2018, according to The Daily Star, and MyAlice began as a project of the Bangladeshi software firm MisFit Technologies, per a 2021 interview with founder Shuvo Rahman. Rahman was its founder and chief executive in 2021. Wamda's June 2026 report names Rahman and Daniyal Baig as co-founders and says Baig was most recently chief operating officer of Forbes Middle East. Wamda dates the founding to 2021, which differs from The Daily Star.
Revora's website lists three AI agents, for shopping, support and social media, plus a unified inbox and an agent builder. It integrates with Salla, Zid, Shopify and WooCommerce. The site names customers including Jarir, Almosafer, BMW Motorrad and Highfy and says more than 365 brands use it, without a date. In May 2021 it said it served more than 50 stores, including Unilever and Maybelline.
In December 2023 The Daily Star reported that Startup Bangladesh Limited, a government-backed venture capital firm, had invested BDT 1 crore in Alice Labs. In late 2024 the company narrowed its focus to Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states. It says it operates in more than 21 countries and that revenue has grown tenfold since; both are company figures.
Anchorless Bangladesh led a USD 500,000 seed round with HOF Capital in May 2021, the company's first outside capital. On 24 June 2026 Revora announced a USD 2 million seed round co-led by i2i Ventures and Oraseya Capital, with Anchorless Bangladesh, Conjunction Capital, F6 Ventures, Hi2 Global, Orbit Startups and angels including Salla co-founder Salman Butt. Most of it is for growth in Saudi Arabia, the rest for product development.
