About Jazr.io

Jazr.io is a Saudi Arabia-based software-as-a-service startup that provides an AI-powered accounting and inventory management platform for small and medium-sized restaurants, cafes and cloud kitchens. It was founded in 2024 by Mohammed Almoshwah and is reported to be based in Riyadh. The cloud-based platform runs on a subscription model. The platform automates back-office work such as data entry, inventory tracking and financial reporting, so food and beverage operators can see their numbers in real time without hiring dedicated accounting staff. Its algorithms categorise transactions, flag anomalies and produce financial statements that comply with Saudi tax regulations. The inventory module warns operators about stock shortages and expiry dates and suggests reorder quantities, which is meant to limit food waste and losses. Wamda and Sharikat Mubasher reported in February 2026 that Jazr.io raised SAR 800,000 (about USD 213,000) in a pre-seed round backed by angel investors. The individual investors were not named. The company says it has onboarded more than 120 F&B businesses across Riyadh and Jeddah over the past year, and that customers cut manual bookkeeping hours by up to 60%. Early adopters reported monthly savings of SAR 5,000 to 10,000. The capital is earmarked for expanding the engineering and customer success teams, compliance tools and predictive analytics, which would let restaurants forecast sales, manage inventory and plan staffing around expected foot traffic. Jazr.io also plans deeper integrations with point-of-sale systems, payment gateways and third-party delivery platforms, and is developing digital financial advisory features, such as pricing, budget and profitability recommendations drawn from a business's sales, expense and inventory history. Decypha reported in September 2026 that Jazr.io attracted further investment, in an undisclosed amount and involving Bandar Khalid, founder of Modawar, with the capital directed at AI integration and linking point-of-sale systems with inventory management. The company is also exploring expansion across the GCC, including the UAE and Bahrain. Its vertical focus on F&B, rather than generic accounting software, is the core of its positioning.
