About Endeavor
Endeavor is a global network that selects, supports and invests in high-growth entrepreneurs, with a focus on places where talent is abundant but capital and opportunity are limited. Its website gives the legal name as Endeavor Global, Inc., and TechCrunch describes it as a New York-based nonprofit. It is not the sports and entertainment company of the same name.
Endeavor was founded in 1997 by Linda Rottenberg and Peter Kellner. Endeavor's 20th-anniversary page says its global team is based in New York and that it had offices in two countries in 1998. Rottenberg is co-founder and chief executive, and Edgar Bronfman Jr. chairs the global board. Kellner is listed as an emeritus board member. Other executives named on the team page include Chief Financial Officer Margarita Chavez, Chief Marketing Officer Silvia Cavalcanti and Chief People and Transformation Officer Manny Ayala.
Endeavor's website says it has selected more than 3,000 entrepreneurs from over 100,000 companies screened, and has more than 600 team members in over 50 markets. It says these entrepreneurs have created more than 4 million jobs and generate 88.5 billion dollars in annual revenue, a figure it dates to 2024. TechCrunch reported that Endeavor screened more than 10,000 candidates last year and selected 88.
Its local offices page lists affiliates across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and North America. In the Middle East these are Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, plus a global hub in Dubai. Other global hubs are in London and Singapore, and Wikipedia reports that the Singapore hub launched in July 2026 with the Singapore Economic Development Board and Enterprise Singapore.
Endeavor created Endeavor Catalyst in 2012 as a rules-based co-investment fund that invests in companies led by Endeavor Entrepreneurs and helps sustain Endeavor's long-term operations. Endeavor is the fund's general partner. The fund closed its fifth fund at 320 million dollars in October 2026 and reports more than 850 million dollars in assets under management.
In June 2026 TechScoop reported that Jordan's Innovative Startups and SMEs Fund committed 7 million dollars to Endeavor Catalyst V.
