Riyadh Air launches SFEER, a next-generation digital loyalty program powered by GRAVTY® technology to deliver instant, smart, and seamless rewards.

Riyadh Air has announced SFEER, a new loyalty program that will use advanced technology to make earning and using rewards faster and easier for travelers. The airline says SFEER will offer a fully digital experience, allowing customers to collect points, get rewards instantly, and manage everything through their phone.

According to the airline’s official website, SFEER is being designed as more than a traditional frequent flyer program. It will connect air travel with hotels, shopping, and entertainment, creating a single platform where travelers can enjoy rewards across different services.

SFEER is powered by Loyalty Juggernaut using its cloud-based GRAVTY® technology. This system will help Riyadh Air run a real-time and flexible program that can easily connect with partners worldwide. It uses artificial intelligence (AI) to understand customer habits and share personalized offers.

The program’s digital design means travelers can get updates instantly — from tier upgrades and new offers to reward redemptions. Riyadh Air’s mobile app will give members direct access to their account, showing real-time points, booking history, and upcoming benefits.

The airline has also signed a partnership with Saudia to link both airlines’ loyalty programs. This means members will be able to earn and use rewards when flying with either carrier.

In addition, Riyadh Air is working with the Saudi Tourism Authority to connect SFEER with hotels, destinations, and local experiences across the Kingdom — supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plan to grow tourism.

SFEER will officially launch ahead of Riyadh Air’s first flights in 2025. Details about membership levels, benefits, and earning rates will be announced closer to the launch.
