Volkswagen approves 50,000 further job cuts and half its model range
The supervisory board backed a restructuring on 3 September that adds 50,000 job cuts to the 50,000 already planned, and roughly halves the number of models Volkswagen sells by 2035. About 8% of the global workforce, with half the new cuts in Germany.
