Echelon closed a round with East40, RAED Ventures, Avra and Ben Horowitz, and did not disclose the amount. The Riyadh firm, founded in 2025, installs foreign tools for Saudi companies and government bodies. A defence unit is planned for 2027.
Jazar (Jazr.io) closed an undisclosed September 2026 round with Bandar Khaled of Mudawwar to deepen AI-powered accounting for Saudi restaurants and cafés. A February pre-seed had already raised SAR 800,000 from unnamed angels. Round size was not published.
Repixa, built from Baghdad by Salah Hasanain, is raising a $500k pre-seed for an AI demo agent that runs live product walkthroughs. Early tests put demo starts at 6–11% of visitors, against roughly 1% who book a human call.

Aramco Ventures has co-led a 20 million dollar seed round for US startup Twin1 AI, which builds AI-powered digital twins of professionals to scale their expertise. The bet targets the governance challenge of deploying AI inside large, regulated firms.
