Multipolitan raises a $2M pre-seed round at a $25M pre-money valuation. The ADGM-incorporated mobility company, led by EmergentX, will use the funds to launch its consumer app in December 2026 and expand Private Client services that have generated more than $4 million in net revenue.

Multipolitan raises a $2M pre-seed round at a $25M valuation. The ADGM-incorporated global mobility technology company announced the round on 3 November 2026. EmergentX, a global venture studio, accelerator and incubator, led the investment at a $25 million pre-money valuation. The company did not name other participants or disclose their contributions. Multipolitan aims to simplify how individuals and families live, travel and manage administrative requirements across borders. It brings immigration, visa, travel and cross-border administration into one platform through two products: Multipolitan Private Client for high-net-worth and affluent clients with complex residency, wealth and succession needs, and the Multipolitan App, a free consumer application scheduled for global launch in December 2026, with a premium version planned for the second quarter of 2027. The platform uses three proprietary technologies: INREX, an immigration intelligence engine; FlightIQ, a real-time travel intelligence platform; and Visa Connect, an AI-powered visa engine. The Private Client business has generated more than $4 million in net revenue in under two years, according to the company. That performance provided early commercial validation and customer insights used to shape the broader technology platform. The company currently employs more than 40 people across Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bengaluru and plans to add offices in Manila and Kuala Lumpur. It intends to expand its technology team in Manila to draw on local mobile and full-stack developer talent. Founders are Nirbhay Handa, former Group Head of Business Development at Henley & Partners, and Lee Smith, co-founder of Japanese fintech company Paidy, which PayPal acquired for $2.7 billion. Their combined experience covers global mobility, wealth migration and consumer technology platforms. Lee Smith said travel involves managing passports, visas, insurance and pre-arrival documents on top of flights, and that families with multiple passports and visas can find the process overwhelming. Nirbhay Handa noted growing demand for clearer mobility support as more people travel, work, study and build lives across borders. The new capital will support the December 2026 launch of the free Multipolitan App and accelerate growth of the Private Client service. The app is designed to consolidate passport and visa information, entry requirements, flight updates, family document management, deadline reminders and tools that track time spent abroad and remaining stay allowances. Multipolitan holds a Tech Innovator License endorsement at ADGM and has operations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. For internationally mobile individuals and families the practical change is an additional single place to organise documents and requirements that are usually spread across separate systems. The value of the raise depends on whether Multipolitan later reports app download or engagement numbers, Private Client growth after the launch, or specific product integrations. Other services already help with visas, residency tracking or travel administration. Multipolitan’s version combines specialist mobility expertise with a consumer app and proprietary engines, built from an ADGM base with existing revenue from private clients. If the next update from Multipolitan or EmergentX names launch metrics, new customer segments or Manila hiring progress after the round, the raise has a measurable follow-through. If the next statement only restates the $2 million total, the $25 million pre-money valuation and the intended app launch, the change for the market remains the same as the 3 November announcement. The figures missing from the current disclosure are the full investor list, any post-money valuation and independent confirmation of the more than $4 million Private Client revenue. The raise is one step in an ADGM-incorporated company’s effort to turn cross-border mobility administration into a single digital platform.
