About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign management, audience engagement, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms.
Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, etc.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams.
Optimize content based on analytics and audience insights.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in social media management.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and algorithms.
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Basic knowledge of paid ads and campaign budgeting.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking.
