About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing strategies in Kuwait. You will plan, implement, and optimize campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support Foodics’ market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage monthly social media calendar, creating and posting content across channels.
Produce and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, demos).
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to execute campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and brand awareness tracking.
Implement cross-selling and upselling campaigns via direct marketing channels.
Manage budgets, events, and on-ground activations.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s is a plus).
4–6 years of experience in a marketing role in Kuwait.
Proficiency in copywriting (English, Arabic, Kuwaiti Dialect).
Skilled in videography and basic video editing.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media trends.
Strong communication, presentation, creative thinking, and project management skills.
