About the Role
We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to focus on outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing for our product. This role requires connecting with as many leads as possible, identifying good customer fit, and driving leads through the sales pipeline toward closure.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Generate new leads through digital campaigns, industry events, and other prospecting activities; convert demo sessions into confirmed sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to ensure continued sales growth.
Use CRM systems to track sales activities, follow up on leads, and report on pipeline status.
Leverage CRM insights and sales data to optimize strategies and performance.
Generate a robust sales pipeline, ideally four times the monthly quota.
Participate in scheduled training sessions on new product features and sales techniques; achieve high product knowledge scores.
Contribute creative ideas to drive business growth and support a dynamic startup culture.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2–3 years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS industries preferred. Talented fresh graduates with a passion for SaaS sales are also considered.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; fluency in other languages is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and personal car; willingness to conduct fieldwork.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
