About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented HR Executive to manage end to end HR operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration while ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee queries and grievance management.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR MIS data.
Support policy development and implementation.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Experience with HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
