About the Role
TechScoop is looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to build, grow, and engage our online audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a vibrant community around our tech news, facilitating discussions, and ensuring our readers feel connected and engaged with the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and moderate TechScoop’s social media channels, forums, and online communities.
Engage with readers by responding to comments, questions, and feedback promptly.
Develop and implement community growth strategies to increase audience engagement.
Monitor trends, discussions, and sentiment within the tech community.
Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and social media teams to amplify content.
Organize online events, webinars, or AMAs (Ask Me Anything) with tech experts.
Track community metrics and prepare reports on engagement, growth, and feedback.
Act as the voice of TechScoop, maintaining brand tone and guidelines.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
4 - 5 years of experience in community management, social media, or audience engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms, forums, and online engagement tools.
Ability to analyze engagement metrics and audience insights.
Understanding of tech industry trends and terminology.
