About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud Security Support Analyst to support day-to-day security operations across Foodics’ cloud environments and internal infrastructure. You will monitor alerts, maintain secure configurations, support IAM and endpoint security, and help ensure compliance and incident response across AWS and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor cloud environments, maintain secure configurations, and support compute, storage, networking, and IAM operations.
Review alerts from SIEM, firewalls, and cloud-native tools; investigate suspicious activity; assist with incident triage and post-incident reviews.
Support user provisioning, role reviews, MFA enforcement, and access troubleshooting; assist with SSO, PAM, and directory services.
Assist with asset tracking, vulnerability scans, patch management, and endpoint protection; support firewall, VPN, and remote access configuration.
Support audits, maintain security procedures, track remediation, and ensure alignment with standards like ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.
Serve as point of contact for security requests, guide internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Engineering and DevOps.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years in cloud security or IT/SOC support in FinTech or similar environment.
Experience with AWS or OCI and cloud IAM, networking, Linux/Windows servers, and security monitoring tools.
Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms, vulnerability scanning, container/Kubernetes basics, and cloud native services.
Strong communication, documentation, and incident handling skills.
Ability to follow processes, work under pressure, and collaborate in a security focused team.
