About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Account Management Executive to provide our clients with a seamless experience across onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support. This role works closely with tech driven F&B outlets in the UAE, collaborating with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth onboarding of clients, helping them go live successfully with Foodics.
Train clients on product features, company initiatives, and best practices.
Act as the client advocate throughout their journey, providing guidance and support.
Implement agreed quarterly activities to increase system usage, adoption, and customer lifetime value.
Escalate critical issues to management and relevant teams as needed.
Assist the Finance department with renewals and outstanding balances for assigned clients.
Maintain accurate client data and contacts in the CRM.
Identify potential churn risks and coordinate with IT, Finance, and Sales to prevent them.
Participate in special initiatives, events, exhibitions, and projects related to customer success.
Collect and communicate business requirements from clients to Success Management and IT.
Continuously update personal product knowledge and inform clients about new features and updates.
Support upselling opportunities and promote Foodics apps, services, and third-party integrations.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Cloud POS / ERP systems is preferred.
