Jordan’s Engagesoft secures $3.5 million to power AI-Driven employee engagement

Engagesoft, founded in Jordan by brothers Omar and Tareq Tahboub, has raised $3.5 million in a pre-Series A round led by Silicon Badia to expand its AI-driven employee engagement platform across MENA.

Engagesoft has raised $3.5 million in a pre-Series A round led by Silicon Badia, marking another win for Jordan’s rising tech scene — and for every company trying to make work feel more human.

Founded in Amman by brothers Omar and Tareq Tahboub, Engagesoft started with a simple question: what if companies actually understood how their employees felt — every day, not once a year? That question turned into a data-driven platform now used by over 120 enterprise clients across seven countries, helping HR teams turn feedback into real change.

The startup’s growth has been anything but ordinary. In the past 18 months, Engagesoft has tripled its customer base, seen a tenfold increase in annual recurring revenue, and analyzed more than 10 million employee responses. Its clients — including regional heavyweights like Zamil Industrial, Edita, Nadec, and Binzagr — report engagement levels rising by as much as 30%.

“We’ve always believed that people are the real heartbeat of any organization,” said Omar Tahboub, Engagesoft’s co-founder and CEO. “This funding allows us to push our AI capabilities even further — to help leaders truly listen, understand, and act on what matters most to their teams.”

We see Engagesoft as a major opportunity at the intersection of MENA’s growing enterprise market and the global demand for better employee engagement. The company has already won the trust of leading regional enterprises against global players, and with its AI-driven roadmap, we believe it is poised to scale regionally and even internationally to become one of the region’s standout SaaS success stories. We’re excited to support Omar, Tareq, and the team on this journey of growth.,” said Erass Majdoubeh, General Partner at Silicon Badia.

As companies across MENA race to modernize their workplaces, Engagesoft’s story feels timely. It’s not just about data or dashboards — it’s about bringing empathy, analytics, and AI together to make work better. And once again, Jordan is showing the region how innovation rooted in people can scale across borders.
