About Zaher
Zaher (زاهر) is a Saudi software-as-a-service e-commerce platform for sole traders and small businesses. Its about page describes it as a business-to-business SaaS product that lets users launch and manage an online presence, with no coding or design skills needed.
The company was founded in November 2023. It joined the sixth cohort of Misk Intilaqa, the entrepreneurship programme run by the Misk Foundation, in 2024 and graduated in October 2024. Its first public showcase was at the Biban exhibition in November 2024.
The platform supports several kinds of selling from one store. Merchants can sell shippable physical products and track delivery, sell digital goods such as files, e-books, design templates, audio, subscriptions and digital cards with automatic delivery, take paid one-to-one bookings for appointments, consultations or training, and host group sessions and events, in person or as webinars, with ticketing and automated reminders. It also offers payment links and electronic invoices, a blog page, a drag-and-drop store builder with ready-made templates and themes, an AI assistant, analytics and marketing tools, and a seller app for Android and iOS. Store themes shown include Barr, Khabeer, Rally and Rahhal, aimed at events, bookings and activities.
Payments accepted through the platform include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Mada, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Stores can be launched on a zaher.io address, and the site offers a free trial without a credit card. The company says thousands of merchants, creators and entrepreneurs use it; that figure is not independently verified.
Zaher states that its mission is to let individuals and small businesses start and grow in e-commerce by combining store building, payments, marketing and analytics in one place. The platform is listed at seed stage in Riyadh. Founders, funding amounts and investors are not named in the public pages reviewed.
