About Yuniro

Yuniro is a software house based in Rome, Italy, operating as Yuniro s.r.l. Its website says it builds software for businesses of all sizes, and its team combines artists and programmers.

The about page says Yuniro was founded in 2021 by four professionals: Nassim Davide Sidaoui, Gianluca Bisignano, Giuseppe Teodorico and Sandro Musarò. In 2022 it added a team of 3D artists and entered the entertainment industry. It says it has more than 14 professionals, with its operational base in Rome and teams abroad, and the page names seven of them, including Sidaoui as a project manager.

Its software work covers custom web and mobile applications, CRM and ERM systems and immersive gaming experiences. Its entertainment department offers 2D and 3D graphics, 2D and 3D animation, video game assets, and graphic design. The website shows client logos for Selexi, Logilux, MitOnline and Reda but does not describe the work done for them.

Yuniro also runs a strategic investments activity. It says it selectively invests in technology companies in artificial intelligence, immersive technologies and advanced software systems. The one investment named on its website is IQTech LLC, a Qatar-based startup incubated at the Qatar Science and Technology Park that develops the Esculapio VR platform for medical training and procedural simulation.

In March 2026 Yuniro and Selexi were reported as the backers of iQtech's first investment round. Mubasher, which spelled the name Uniero, called Yuniro a deep tech firm operating between Italy and Qatar. The amount was not disclosed. The Yuniro about page lists Sidaoui as a co-founder, and iQtech's profile on TechScoop also names him as its founder.
