Yozo.ai is a Dubai based artificial intelligence company founded in early 2025 by Salma AlBarkouky, Abdallah Moheb El-Din, Taha Salah, Hossam Ali, and Zeiad Haridy that builds an autonomous AI growth agent for Shopify merchants, positioning itself as a self-running marketing department that replaces the fragmented, manual, and expensive workflows typically handled by marketing agencies or in-house growth teams. The platform integrates natively with Shopify stores in under five minutes, ingests customer behavioral data in real time, and autonomously builds and continuously updates lifecycle marketing flows across email, WhatsApp Business, SMS, and web push notifications, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery, re-engagement, post-purchase nurture, and win-back campaigns, with merchants reporting an average 28 percent abandoned cart recovery rate and 35 percent uplift in marketing-attributed revenue within the first month. Yozo.ai's core differentiator from established tools like Klaviyo is its fully autonomous execution model, in which the AI agent handles segmentation by behavior, purchase lifecycle, predictive churn risk, and engagement level, generates content in the merchant's brand voice, schedules and sends across all channels simultaneously, and self-optimizes based on performance, with no manual configuration required from the merchant. The company targets both MENA-based Shopify merchants and global e-commerce operators, addressing the persistent gap between customer intent and completed purchases in markets where growth teams are expensive, difficult to hire, or heavily reliant on manual processes. Yozo.ai raised 1.7 million dollars in pre-seed funding in January 2026, co-led by Access Bridge Ventures and Disruptech Ventures, to further develop the product, strengthen its engineering team, and expand beyond MENA into global e-commerce markets.
