The company says customers can buy original spare parts with a warranty of up to six months, while the homepage notes warranties of one to three months on some parts. Orders can be collected from the nearest branch within 24 hours of activation, and the site mentions instalment options. Payment logos shown include Valu, Banque Misr, CIB, NBE, Halan and Forsa, among others.

For fitting, inspection or maintenance scheduling, the company points customers to its partner Yourfixers. It says it connects maintenance centres and parts sellers with customers so they save time and money.

The company lists its head office in Cairo, in the Zahraa El Maadi and Basateen area, and operates a hotline. The profile in the Saudi startup listing carries a Riyadh hint, but the site itself refers to Egypt only. Founders, founding year, funding and team size are not published on the crawled pages.
