Walaplus (ولاء بلس) is a Riyadh-based employee happiness and loyalty platform. It sells employers a set of tools to improve staff experience: discounts and offers for employees, incentives and rewards, measurement of employee happiness and loyalty, and health and competitiveness programmes. The company says it began in 2016 in Riyadh under the name Thawrat Al Ilm for Information Technology (ثورة العلم لتقنية المعلومات).

The company frames its work around five pillars: job satisfaction, financial balance, social and emotional relationships, mental health and physical health. Its product names include Wala Hub, Wala Offer, Wala Pioneer, Wala Active and Wala Bravo, and it also offers Walaplus Elite, a smart card aimed at senior staff. Merchants can join as vendors to supply offers, and the site invites employers to request a demo.
