About Waddah AI

Waddah (وضاح) is an AI legal assistant built for the Saudi legal system. The platform is aimed at lawyers, legal teams and companies in Saudi Arabia and works in Arabic and English. Its Riyadh address is on Prince Mohammed bin Salman Road in the Al Rabie district.

According to the company, Waddah was developed by Perception Forge, a Saudi AI company based in Riyadh that describes itself as the first AI factory in the country. The about page says the product grew from the observation that Saudi legal teams spend large amounts of time on repetitive work such as clause-by-clause contract review, drafting claims from scratch and manual research across hundreds of regulations.

The platform bundles nine services. These are contract analysis, which flags risky, ambiguous or missing clauses and suggests alternative wording; contract drafting in Arabic and English; drafting of statements of claim; drafting of defence memoranda; drafting of official letters in different tones; a three-part document summary with an executive brief, an evidence matrix and an opponent's-view lens; an always-available assistant; a search engine; and a client-management (CRM) tool for case files, documents and archives.

The company says its knowledge base covers more than 500 Saudi laws and regulations and over 16,000 legal articles, built from statutes, royal decrees, ministerial decisions and judicial principles. It states a target accuracy of 99 percent and claims time savings of about 70 percent; these are the company's own figures. It also says customer data is encrypted, is not used to train models and complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Users can start with a free trial.

The directory lists Waddah AI at pre-Series A stage. No funding round, investors or named executives appear on the pages reviewed.
