About Uplevel

Uplevel is a Saudi company that develops leaders and managers for organisations and individuals. Its website, available in English and Arabic, describes the business as helping leaders from first-time managers to executives build the capabilities needed in a fast-changing environment, and calls itself a leading Saudi company in coaching, professional mentoring and training techniques.

The offer is split into several lines. Assessments include a leadership assessment, a management readiness assessment and organisational assessments. Coaching and mentoring covers executive coaching, leadership coaching, leadership mentoring and functional mentoring, delivered by what the company describes as certified coaches and experienced field leaders. An academy provides an enterprise academy and certification programmes for coaches and mentors.

Products are Uplevel Lead and the Uplevel Platform. Uplevel Lead, which the site says is now live, is an app for individual leadership development that combines an assessment, a personal profile, a development journey, an AI coach and tools meant for everyday leadership moments. The company says its algorithms recommend development paths based on the user's context, and the app is listed on the App Store and Google Play.

For organisations, Uplevel publishes solution pages for manager effectiveness, emerging leaders, leadership pipelines, executive development, internal mentoring and leadership at scale. The manager effectiveness page covers delegation, performance management, feedback, communication, decision-making and difficult conversations, and says programmes can combine Uplevel Lead, assessment, coaching and a tailored development journey.

The site does not publish founders, a founding year, customers or funding. The directory lists the company at seed stage in Riyadh.
