Trivers is a Saudi recruitment platform built on a referral model. Companies post roles and receive candidate referrals from a marketplace of more than 300 vetted recruiters, while the platform's AI tools and its proprietary Referral Tracking System (RTS) record where each candidate came from and how each recruiter performs. The company describes itself as the first smart Saudi recruitment platform of this kind and claims it helps clients hire up to ten times faster, at lower cost.

The hiring flow for companies has four steps: post a job using an AI-assisted tool in a few minutes, receive referred candidates within days, interview the best matches, and hire. Recruiters browse new openings, refer qualified candidates, and earn a reward when a referral is hired.

Beyond the marketplace, the company's website lists Recruiting as a Service, in which Trivers sources and evaluates candidates directly as an extension of a client's team; Executive Search for leadership roles; and recruitment consulting and team-building advice. It serves small and medium businesses, large enterprises and government organisations, and also takes enquiries from job seekers.

The site is in English and Arabic, publishes hiring-advice blog posts dated April 2025, and lists a client logo wall of Saudi and regional employers. Support runs Saturday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Trivers is on X, Instagram, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
