Talento (تالنتو) is an HRMS platform that presents itself as an HR platform from Saudi Arabia. Its site describes an integrated system for managing people, from centralised employee records to workforce planning, intended to automate routine HR tasks and keep a human element in HR work.

The product is organised into modules for centralised employee management (core HR), talent acquisition and recruitment, operations management, payroll and entitlements, and reports and analytics. The company publishes sector pages for government institutions, professional services, healthcare, construction and contracting, small businesses and technology companies, and says the system scales from start-ups to large organisations with customisable modules and a central dashboard. Talento says more than 50,000 users rely on the platform daily, and cites a user rating of 8.23 out of 10 and payroll processed through the system; these are company-reported figures. Client logos on the site include ABNG, Lyrecoo and Elite among others. The site is available in Arabic and English.
