About Taawoni

Taawoni (تعاوني) is a Saudi online platform for managing career pathways and co-operative training. It brings students, universities and employers into one digital environment for training, skills development and recruitment, and it presents itself as part of the AZ Career network of solutions.

The company says it started as a response to three problems: students struggling to find suitable training placements, universities tracking hundreds of students by hand, and employers finding it hard to attract and prepare suitable candidates. It combines AI tools with knowledge of the Saudi labour market and aims to turn co-operative training from an academic requirement into a route to sustained employment.

Students create a free professional profile and are matched by AI to openings; the homepage lists verified training placements across cities such as Riyadh and Bisha, with dates, majors and whether a stipend is paid. Employers get a portal to publish training and job openings from templates, search a national talent bank by city, university, major, grade and skills, and use an applicant-tracking and AI-matching dashboard to rank candidates and schedule interviews. Taawoni also offers a recruitment service handled by its advisory team. Universities use the platform to automate co-operative training administration; the company claims automation of more than 80 percent of these processes.

Taawoni reports more than 100,000 students, more than 2,000 companies, more than 20 academic and strategic partners and more than 20,000 co-operative training opportunities connected, figures that are self-reported. The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources appears among partner logos. Sister solutions in the AZ Career ecosystem include Emtiyazi, for rewards and recognition, and Khebrah, for consulting.
