Hengde Qin became chief executive on 1 August 2026, succeeding Jeff Rowe, and Nelson Jiang has been chief financial officer since March 2026.

The company's businesses cover crop protection, seeds, biologicals and digital farming, including the CROPWISE and Shoots by Syngenta platforms. It reports a regional line for Asia, the Middle East and Africa excluding China.
