Sweater (سويتر) is a Saudi platform for mobile car washing and care. Customers use the Sweater app to choose a vehicle, location, service and time slot, and a team then comes to the car at the customer's home or workplace. The company describes the model as Car Care as a Service.

Services include individual exterior and interior washes, interior polishing to remove stains alongside an exterior wash, and add-ons such as tissues, a Sweater-branded air freshener, foot mats, wet wipes and plastic seat covers. Customers can follow the status of an order in the app until the work is complete.

The company reports more than 3 million washes completed, more than 600,000 customers, a 96 percent satisfaction rate and coverage of 10 cities. These are the company's own figures. Covered cities are Riyadh and Al Kharj in the Riyadh region; Dammam, Jubail, Khobar, Al Ahsa and Qatif in the Eastern Province; Jeddah and Taif in the Makkah region; and Madinah.

Sweater also sells to businesses and says it has more than 500 corporate partners. Logos shown on its site include the Public Investment Fund, stc, SABIC, Amazon, Abdul Latif Jameel, Al Rajhi Bank, Careem, NEOM, the Ministry of Finance, Nahdi, SDAIA, Tawuniya, SASCO and the Ministry of Culture.

The company also offers franchise opportunities, one for car washing, described as a low-initial-investment mobile model, and one for a premium polishing service. It lists Red Cap, Manzel and Peugeot among its success partners, and runs a service-provider network that other operators can join. Customer service is handled through a unified number and the app.
