About STOQA
Stoqa is a Saudi startup that builds a platform converting financial market data into investment insights for retail and professional investors, according to Arab Founders. Its website at stoqa.ai carries the title Stoqa, with the Arabic name written as ستوكا, but the page text available to a reader shows nothing further about its product, team or location.
Stoqa graduated from the fifth cohort of the Etlaq Accelerator, run by the Saudi programme Venture House, known in Arabic as Beit Al-Manshaat. The cohort's demo day took place on 5 May 2026 at CODE in Riyadh, according to MENA Startup Digest, and Jawlah reported that the five funded companies were chosen from more than 1,400 applications.
Venture House Ventures Fund, the investment arm of Venture House, invested 100,000 dollars in Stoqa as a pre-seed round through a simple agreement for future equity, which converts into shares when a priced round is raised. The fund invested 500,000 dollars in total across five startups, giving each the same amount; the others are Handl Hub, Ofintech, Sighti and 21 Doctors. Arab Founders reported the investment on 22 July 2026, and TechScoop covered it on 27 July.
None of the coverage read names Stoqa's founders or gives its founding date, headquarters, customers or revenue.
