About Squadio
Squadio (سكواديو) is a Saudi platform that helps companies build and expand technical teams and develop digital products. Its website says its talent database holds more than 55,000 developers and technical professionals covering over 350 skills, and that 450 companies have chosen the service.
The company lists four services. Tech talent hiring places an individual or a full team, working remotely or at the client's premises, with Squadio handling recruitment, contracts and financial operations. Contract and payroll management lets an employer move its staff contracts to Squadio, which then runs salaries and HR administration. Direct talent buyout lets a company hire a candidate onto its own contract for a one-time fee equal to 20 percent of the candidate's total annual salary. The fourth service is MVP building, where an engineering team combines technical expertise with AI tools to lower cost and speed up development.
The hiring process has four steps. The client describes the role, technologies and experience required; an AI matching system ranks candidates by fit, availability and price; a shortlist follows within 48 hours; and contracts, non-disclosure agreements and interview scheduling are handled once a candidate is chosen. Squadio says each candidate is assessed and given a preliminary interview before being put forward. It also offers an AI recruiting agent called Lama (لمى). The company states that its approach makes hiring 60 percent faster and project delivery 30 percent faster; these are the company's own figures.
Candidate profiles shown on the site come from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia, Pakistan and other countries. Named clients on the site include STC, Elm, Nupco, Salasa, Sabq and Gathern. Testimonials come from Sabq, Talqani and Sabbar, and a case study features Salasa. Squadio also appears as a customer logo on the website of Levers, another Saudi startup.
The company is listed at pre-series A stage in Riyadh. Founders, founding year and funding history are not given in the public pages reviewed.
