Spark develops a cloud-based management platform for valet parking operators and the venues that use their services. The system replaces paper-based processes with a digital record of operational and financial transactions. Its intended venues include hotels, restaurants, shopping centres, event locations and airports, where valet staff, managers and guests need different views of the same parking activity.

The operations interface records vehicle details and transactions, calculates amounts due and allows participating outlets to validate parking online. A management interface provides visibility into live activity, reporting and configurable settings. Guests can use a separate application to request their vehicles before collection and make online payments. The guest-facing experience can also display information and marketing material from the venue. By connecting these interfaces, Spark gives operators a shared workflow from vehicle receipt through payment and return. The platform is designed to make daily valet operations easier to supervise while reducing friction for visitors collecting their cars.
