About Skakir (سكاكر)

Skakir (سكاكر) is a loyalty and customer-engagement platform built for online stores on Salla, the Saudi e-commerce platform. It is Arabic-first and brings points, rewards, customer tiers and gamified campaigns into one merchant dashboard, with the aim of giving shoppers reasons to return after a first order.

The core mechanics reward purchases with points that customers exchange for discount coupons, with the merchant setting the redemption value. New customers receive a welcome reward, and bronze, silver and gold tiers earn extra points automatically. Beyond points, the platform offers digital stamp cards tied to specific products or categories and counted automatically from orders, a lucky wheel challenge, a daily attendance challenge, scratch-and-win cards and seasonal campaigns. Messages carry the store's own branding.

Skakir also includes Sultan, an AI sales adviser that reads trends in a store's data and produces an Arabic report with recommendations and links to the relevant screens. The merchant reviews the suggestions and decides what to act on. The platform has analytics and reporting screens and a community section.

The about page says the technical development is led by Mohammed Nasser. The site shows the product was developed in Saudi Arabia, lists a contact page and an investment page, and carries a 2026 copyright notice. Founding year, funding and customer numbers are not published. The company is listed as a pre-seed startup in Riyadh.
