About SISCO Holding

SISCO Holding, formally Sustained Infrastructure Holding Company, is an investment holding company headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and listed on Tadawul under the ticker 2190. It owns infrastructure assets in two sectors, ports and logistics, and water solutions, and its website reports eight portfolio companies.

The company's website says it was founded in 1984 and began operating in 1988 with SAR 59 million of capital, offering outsourced industrial services in Jeddah. It shifted to infrastructure investment in 2000, listed on Tadawul in 2002 and was renamed Sustained Infrastructure Company in 2023. Mauricio Zuazua is Group Chief Executive Officer, previously Region Chair for the Middle East and Africa at Kearney, and Mahmood Hussain is Chief Financial Officer. Aamer Abdullah Alireza became chairman for a board term running from July 2026 to June 2030.

The portfolio includes Red Sea Gateway Terminal, a Jeddah container terminal operating since 2009 under a private build-operate-transfer arrangement, and LogiPoint, which runs a bonded re-export zone. S.A. Talke provides third-party logistics for petrochemicals, while Kindasa, a seawater desalination plant that started in 2001, and Tawzea form the water business.

In January 2021 SISCO agreed to sell its 21.2 percent direct stake in Red Sea Gateway Terminal to the Public Investment Fund and COSCO SHIPPING Ports for SAR 556.5 million. In June 2025 the terminal operator signed 20-year concessions with the Saudi Ports Authority, Mawani, for four general cargo facilities, with total investment of SAR 1.56 billion, and SISCO signed an agreement that year to acquire 51 percent of Ports and Storage Services Company. On 25 August 2026 the terminal operator agreed with CMA Terminals Holding to build and operate Terminal 4 at Jeddah Islamic Port, with CMA Terminals Holding taking 40 percent.

SISCO reported that revenue passed SAR 1 billion for the first time in 2023. For the six months to 30 June 2026 it reported revenue of SAR 1,162.1 million, up 74.5 percent, and net profit attributable to shareholders of SAR 85.4 million, against SAR 44.7 million a year earlier. It attributed the growth mainly to its ports segment.
