SIDF Investment Company, known as SIC, is an investment firm focused on Saudi Arabia's industrial sector. It is a subsidiary of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), and its website describes it as a milestone within Saudi Vision 2030, set up to build on the legacy of SIDF. Its address is in the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh.

SIC states its mission as drawing private-sector investment into industrial enterprises through equity and debt strategies. Bandar Alkhorayef is listed as chairman and Prince Sultan bin Khalid Al-Saud as vice chairman. Mazen Alghamdi is chief investment officer and Sattam Buali chief financial officer.

SIC invests in private equity, including early stage, private credit and direct investments, in mining, industry, logistics and energy. In a July 2026 article its chief executive wrote that SIC screens 12 priority industrial sectors and concentrates on funds, acting as an anchor investor. Its investments page lists 11 entries without types, years or amounts: Ashmore, MAWREF Logistics Solutions, Tameed, Lendo, Investindustrial, Jadwa Investment, Khwarizmi Ventures, BRKZ, Aajil, Janus Henderson Investors and Growth Catalyst.

On 14 May 2026 SIC announced an investment in Khwarizmi Venture Capital Fund II, managed by Khwarizmi Ventures. The fund plans to back more than 20 early-stage startups in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf with 1 million to 5 million dollars at seed and Series A, in supply chain platforms, logistics infrastructure, fintech for industrial small businesses, automation and artificial intelligence. The amount was not disclosed.

On 17 August 2026 SIC announced a strategic investment in Growth Catalyst Fund, a private equity fund for founder-led, profitable small and medium-sized companies, again without an amount. SIC said it diversifies its asset classes and supports emerging Saudi fund managers.

SIC's website does not state its founding date, capital or assets. Its chief executive linked its strategy to the National Industrial Strategy, which aims to raise manufacturing's contribution to GDP to 895 billion riyals by 2030.
