SHATIB provides a procurement platform for construction businesses, property developers and contractors. Its workflow brings project requirements, supplier quotations and purchasing decisions into one digital workspace. Customers create projects, organise materials by phase and submit requests for quotation to approved suppliers. Competing offers can then be compared by price, quality, availability and delivery timing before an order is approved and tracked through fulfilment.

The platform includes item-level quotation comparisons, the ability to combine items from different suppliers and tools for negotiating counteroffers. Multi-user permissions support the different responsibilities of management, purchasing and accounting teams. Reporting tools show spending patterns, commonly used suppliers and average prices. SHATIB also offers deferred payment options intended to fit construction project cash flows. Its supplier side gives manufacturers and distributors a channel for receiving purchasing requests from business customers. The product combines procurement coordination with financial and operational visibility, keeping a record of each offer and stage of a transaction instead of leaving decisions dispersed across separate messages and documents.
