Sharkforce is a workforce attendance and shift-management platform for businesses with field, shop-floor and shift-based teams. The company operates under the name Sharkforce Inc. and its website shows Riyadh and Toronto as locations. The site is available in Arabic and English.

The core product lets workers check in from their own phones using one or a combination of three methods: face matching, location, or a QR code. Face check-in compares the worker's face with the one they registered once with consent, refuses a different person's face, and lets the employer pick a Relaxed, Balanced or Strict matching level. Location check-in relies on a geofence that managers draw on a map around a branch or site, with a small margin for GPS drift. QR check-in uses a printed code or a code that rotates on a tablet and is offered on every plan, including the free one. Face check-in is included from the Business plan and location check-in from the Pro plan, according to the company's pricing notes.

Beyond attendance, Sharkforce lets managers build a shift as a checklist. Individual tasks can require a photo, and an AI model checks the image against the manager's instructions, returning a score and verdict that the manager can review. The site also lists a shift builder and scheduler, payroll, requests and leave, and agreements as features, and describes use cases for offices and stores. Approved hours are passed on to payroll.

The product menu names three products: Sharkforce, Mako and Docshark.
