Seafood Souq builds software and services for traceability in seafood supply chains. It works with participants ranging from fishing vessels and aquaculture operators to processors, distributors, retailers and hospitality businesses. Its tools collect and connect information about seafood as it moves from catch or harvest through processing and delivery.

The product range includes SFS Fisheries for vessel activity and catch reporting, SFS Trace for tracking product data across supply-chain stages, and SFS Audit for reviewing documentation and sourcing claims. These products are intended to replace disconnected records with information that different parties can share and validate. The company also trades traceable seafood as an intermediary while helping partners build their own traceability processes.

Founded in 2018, Seafood Souq developed from a Dubai-based marketplace connecting buyers with local and international producers. Its founders include Sean Dennis and Fahim Al Qasimi. The current company team identifies Al Qasimi and Scott Chambers as co-chief executives. The business has expanded its emphasis from marketplace transactions to software that supports responsible procurement, operational records and supply-chain checks, helping buyers understand where a product came from and what evidence supports its journey.
