About Savoya

Savoya is a chauffeured ground transportation company that provides black car service for corporations, executives and private hire. Its website calls it a fully managed platform rather than a marketplace or aggregator, and says it has supported organisations with executive transportation for more than 25 years. Its legal entity is Savoya, LLC, and its press release of February 2026 carries a Dallas, Texas dateline; the terms of service give an address on Dallas Parkway in Dallas.

The About page names Robert Dobrient as the founder, saying he experienced firsthand how inconsistent executive transportation could be. In February 2026 Dominic Miraglia was quoted in Savoya's press release as chief commercial officer. The company says its teams cover 24-hour client care, customer success, vendor operations and a global chauffeur network.

Savoya serves executive assistants, flight departments, meeting and event planners, corporate security teams and athletic recruiters. Its fleet ranges from executive and premium sedans and SUVs to Sprinter vans, mini buses and coaches. Customers book through the Savoya Portal or iOS and Android apps, which offer real-time GPS tracking and automated flight monitoring. The company says its chauffeurs pass a 14-point vetting process and that it accepts 2 percent of applicants, and that chauffeurs with close protection backgrounds are available in some markets.

The website states that Savoya has completed more than one million trips, with a 99.8 percent trip success rate, and that 61 percent of Fortune 100 companies use it. It reports a network of more than 65,000 chauffeurs across more than 300 markets on six continents, and its About page gives 350 markets. Service areas listed include San Francisco, Paris, New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, London and Dubai.
