About SASCO
Saudi Automotive Services Company, known as SASCO, is a Saudi company listed on the Saudi exchange under code 4050, which Argaam classifies under consumer discretionary distribution and retail. Argaam's key-performance page describes a fuel retail business with 693 gas stations in 2025, up from 612 in 2024, although some figures are reported jointly with NAFT. The same page lists 416 tankers and 433 trailers, fuel revenue of SAR 10,814 million, and 300 SASCO palm centres in 2025 against 200 in 2024. Argaam also says the company is the indirect owner of the ASCO Palm Grocery project, which is under construction.
Argaam lists Ibrahim Mohamed Alhudaithi as chairman, Sultan M. Alhudaithi as deputy chairman and managing director, Mohammed Al-Hajjaj as chief executive and Mazen ElGhafeer as chief financial officer. It also records a capital increase from SAR 600 million to SAR 700 million, announced on 28 March 2024.
For 2025, Enterprise and Decypha reported revenue of SAR 11.8 billion, up 15.9 percent, and net profit of SAR 64.3 million, up from SAR 44.2 million. Enterprise attributed revenue growth to a larger station network, stronger sales from Sasco Palm and the transport segment, and higher diesel prices.
In August 2026 SASCO reported a fair-value gain of SAR 62.6 million on its investment in xAI, which TechScoop says it holds through an investment fund. Argaam also reported that the company sold land in Jeddah for SAR 20.3 million in October 2026.
