About Rentify

Rentify is a UAE-based proptech and fintech startup founded in 2025 by Rashed Hareb and Rajneel Kumar. It began as rental payment infrastructure, helping tenants pay landlords in instalments and automating rent collection, and is now moving into AI tools for property owners and managers.

The company's pitch is that landlords and property managers lose between 8 and 14 percent of their potential annual rental income to pricing lag, tenant churn and payment leakage. Co-founder Rajneel Kumar argues that most landlords cannot say which of their units is underearning or by how much, and frames the shortfall as an infrastructure problem rather than a data one.

Rentify has raised a USD 2 million seed round to fund the launch of a new platform called Earn AI. TechScoop reports that the round took total funding to USD 2.5 million, following a USD 500,000 pre-seed round in 2025. The seed was backed by a syndicate of real estate and fintech investors; the article does not name them or give a lead.

Earn AI is built on an agentic AI model that executes tasks rather than only surfacing data. It autonomously handles rent collection, tenant onboarding, payment reminders and lease renewals across a portfolio. The model is trained on live operational data from customer portfolios, covering tenant payment behaviour, renewal patterns, pricing opportunities and vacancy risk, rather than broad market averages.

Earn AI is already deployed by five enterprise customers: Gargash Real Estate, New Star Property Management, Arabian Acres Real Estate, Purecare Management and RSH Holiday Homes Rental. Together they manage thousands of residential and commercial units across the UAE.

Rentify has assembled an advisory bench of UAE real estate and finance figures, including people tied to Emaar, Dubai Islamic Bank and Rothschild & Co. The article does not name them.
