About Rekaz
Rekaz (ركاز) is a Saudi technology company founded in Riyadh that sells an operating system for service businesses. The platform combines bookings and appointments, subscriptions and packages, payments, ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing and customer records in one system, and serves gyms, salons, clinics, physiotherapy practices, cleaning companies and other home-service providers. Businesses can run a booking site under their own name, connect payments, and send confirmations and reminders over WhatsApp. Eligible businesses can add a branded mobile app. The company says it charges no commission on bookings.
The company states that more than 7,000 businesses have used the platform, that it has processed over one million bookings and subscriptions, and that it covers more than 30 service sectors. Its site says it is based in Riyadh.
In July 2025 Rekaz announced a $5 million seed round. Wamda, Mubasher and IBS Intelligence reported that COTU Ventures led the round, with Impact46, Shorooq Partners, Numrah Capital and angel investors participating. The money is intended for product development, stronger AI features and expansion across GCC markets.
Press coverage names Abdulrahman Alomran as chief executive and Abdulaziz Alkharashi as chief technology officer. Sources disagree on the founding year, with one giving 2017 and others 2023.
