About Rabaed
Rabaed (ربائد) is a Saudi software company that offers an operating system for construction projects, bringing the owner, the engineering consultant and the contractor onto a single shared platform. Its pitch is that each transaction between the three parties is recorded and dated under the name of the person who performed it, which reduces disputes over who sent or approved what.
The platform is organised into four modules on one record: official correspondence, approvals and inspection requests, the daily site report, and documents with version control. The company says it targets problems such as approvals buried in email, conflicting spreadsheet versions, schedule changes the developer does not see, and project records that are lost when a project closes. It offers a 30-minute live demo in Arabic and a 60-day money-back guarantee, and has English and Arabic interfaces.
The website lists organisations using the platform, including Nawat Real Estate Investment, Staterra, Al Sharq Engineering Consultancy, Shaheen Engineering Consultancy, North Injazat, Amak Build and Smart Directions.
Rabaed runs two programmes. A partnership programme for engineering consultancies, project management companies, contractor groups and multi-project developers has no joining fee and offers three models: inclusion of the platform in the partner's own offer with partner pricing, an office-wide licence, or an approved referral where Rabaed contracts directly with the owner. A separate referral programme lets users share a code with developers.
