About Qualiphi
Qualiphi is an Egypt-based company that runs an AI-powered Career Services Management platform connecting universities, employers, career centres and students. A press release carried by Zawya in March 2026 describes the company as Cairo-based and says it aims to build the first Arab platform dedicated to career services management.
Wamda reported in March 2026 that Nevien Magdy founded Qualiphi in 2025 and serves as founder and chief executive. The team page on the company's website also lists Kareem Ismail as CPTO and Omar Barbary as CGO, along with software engineers, a product manager and customer success staff.
The platform includes personalised skills profiles for students, a career centre dashboard, graduate outcome tracking and analytics, mentorship, events and internships, a verified talent pool for employers, and opportunity matching. As of October 2026 the website claims more than 40 partner universities, more than 2,000 students hired before graduation and more than 500,000 students who found their path.
Wamda names Egypt's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Ain Shams University, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and the Universities of Canada in Egypt among its partners, and says the company serves institutions in Saudi Arabia. It said Qualiphi supported more than 500,000 students in Egypt in 2025 and, in the Gulf, worked with three universities and more than 7,000 students from ten nationalities.
In March 2026 the company announced it had acquired Career Club from iCareer in a six-figure deal that was completed in the second half of 2025. Career Club was built by iCareer as a virtual career centre, and past programmes on it were run with the ILO, UK Aid and GIZ. In June 2026 Qualiphi signed a cooperation protocol with Egypt's Ministry of Social Solidarity to provide career assessment and guidance to students in the ministry's units at universities through the Start digital platform.
Qualiphi said it plans to add 15 universities in Egypt during 2026 and to enter further Gulf markets. No funding round or investor has been disclosed.
