About Property Monitor
Property Monitor is a real estate technology and market intelligence provider based in the United Arab Emirates. Its main product is PMiQ, a software-as-a-service platform used by real estate agencies and developers. The company also sells intelligence APIs, intelligence reports, an automated valuation model, a Dynamic Price Index and a Monthly Market Report. It lists developers, brokers, asset and property managers, valuers and appraisers, and lenders as its client segments. The company says its data comes from public and private sources and from exclusive relationships with UAE valuation companies, developers and a network of real estate brokers.
The company's website gives 2014 as its founding year, while a statement by Jay Grant of Cavendish Maxwell quoted by Zawya says 2015. Its website names Henry Bacha as Chief Executive Officer, a former Chief Commercial Officer at Abu Dhabi Finance. Zhann Jochinke is Chief Operating Officer, Luke West is Chief Technology Officer and Matthew Sadler, previously head of property business development at Dubizzle, is Head of Sales.
In July 2022 Property Monitor announced a partnership with Holo Ink aimed at the mortgage process. Consultancy-ME reported that the UAE property valuation and advisory firm Cavendish Maxwell took a majority stake in December 2022. Under that deal Bacha also became Cavendish Maxwell's Group Chief Commercial Officer while remaining Property Monitor's chief executive.
Dubizzle Group announced the acquisition of Property Monitor on 15 April 2025, and Consultancy-ME reported that Cavendish Maxwell had completed the sale by 17 April 2025. The price was not disclosed. Khaleej Times reported that Property Monitor's revenue grew at a compound annual rate of 55 percent between 2022 and 2024 and that the platform had more than 7,700 monthly users, mostly agencies and developers. Dubizzle Group said it planned to add demand-side data to the product suite and to integrate Property Monitor into its real estate platforms. It was the group's third acquisition in two years, after Hatla2ee in Egypt and Drive Arabia in 2024.
Property Monitor now operates as part of Dubizzle Group, whose own portals the group reports receive more than 47 million monthly visits.
