About Prepaire Labs
Prepaire Labs is a healthtech and biosecurity company based in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates. Its website says it builds autonomous laboratory systems and predictive healthcare tools. A member directory entry gives its address as the IRENA Building in Masdar City and names Prepaire Global Holdings.
Adam Freer is named as co-founder in a press release and as managing director in Entrepreneur Middle East coverage. The same press release names Arlend Gjoni as co-founder, and Entrepreneur Middle East names Yacine Balit as chief commercial officer.
The company has two named product lines. genetiQ is a personal health platform that combines genetics, blood biomarkers, lifestyle, environment and wearable data into a profile it calls a Digital Twin, with access by reservation through a cohort sign-up. Its website names Microsoft Azure, Oxford Nanopore sequencing and FHIR and laboratory-system integrations. Shield is a platform that detects biological, chemical and population signals and supports response through modules for pathogen detection, mission planning, logistics and laboratory integration. The Shield site presents Antitoxine, an oxime-based antidote platform, and cites US Patent 12,448,356 B2. Prepaire also describes HAiLO, a biological knowledge graph, and the Prepaire Lab Accreditation Network, which standardises instruments, workflows and validation protocols across affiliated laboratories.
In May 2026 Prepaire showed its platform at Make it in the Emirates in Abu Dhabi. Entrepreneur Middle East reported that the first phase would include 50,000 participants, split between Emirati citizens and residents, and that AI predictions would be tested in patient-derived cells and organoid systems before informing clinical decisions. At the same event Aram Group PJSC announced a strategic alliance with Prepaire in which it acquired an equity stake. The stated aim is a UAE biological infrastructure network with biological data centres, multi-omics processing facilities and AI-powered diagnostic hubs, with a first deployment planned at the IRENA Lighthouse facility in Masdar City.
The size of the Aram stake was not disclosed, and no other funding round or financial result for Prepaire Labs has been published in the sources read.
