About Pickappo

Pickappo is a Saudi business-to-business logistics technology startup that builds digital infrastructure for the on-demand delivery sector in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. It does not serve consumers and does not run its own delivery fleet. Instead, it positions itself as a neutral software layer that links logistics companies with the ordering platforms, online stores and restaurants that need deliveries made, so that partners can share capacity and operate more flexibly. The company was founded in 2023 by Waleed Ghonim, who is chief executive, and Ahmed Siam, who serves as chief technology officer. Coverage of the company spells Ghonim's surname in several ways, including Ghoneim and Ghloniem. Reports say Ghonim previously worked on the early growth of HungerStation, one of Saudi Arabia's food delivery platforms, and later joined the quick-commerce company Nana, while Siam brings more than 15 years of software engineering experience. Most reports place the company in Saudi Arabia without a firm city; one funding database lists Riyadh as its headquarters while another places it in Al Khobar. Its product gives businesses a single dashboard for managing on-demand orders across several delivery apps and providers. Since launch, Pickappo has built an operational network of more than 100 logistics companies and has set up technical integrations with e-commerce and food delivery platforms, online stores and restaurants. The pitch is aimed at the fragmented systems and uneven service quality that characterise last-mile delivery in the Kingdom. In June 2026 Pickappo announced a SAR 2 million pre-seed round, equal to about USD 533,000 at the riyal's fixed rate. Wamda reported the raise on 16 June 2026. The round came from an angel investor and an investment fund, neither of which was named. The company said it will use the money to develop its technology products further, strengthen its artificial intelligence and automation capabilities, hire talent and expand its network of strategic partnerships. Pickappo operates within Saudi Arabia's growing logistics and digital commerce sectors, which are being expanded under the Vision 2030 programme. No customer names, revenue figures or headcount have been published.
